What is ASMR?

ASMR stands for Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response. It’s the calming, tingling sensation some people feel on their scalp, neck, or body in response to gentle sounds, light touch, hair play, or soft movements.

Many people describe it as deeply relaxing, grounding, and soothing — helping to reduce stress, anxiety, and promote better sleep. My sessions focus on creating a peaceful, safe space where you can completely unwind and switch off.

Who are the sessions for?

Sessions are available for women aged 18 and over. If you are lucky enough to look under 25, you will be asked for your ID.

My aim is to provide a comfortable, welcoming environment where you can relax and enjoy gentle, nurturing sensory experiences.

What if I don’t like certain triggers or sensations?

That’s completely okay — your comfort comes first.

How should I prepare for my session?

To get the most out of your experience:

  • Wear comfortable, loose clothing so you can fully relax

  • If you’re having hair play and have straight hair, please brush it beforehand

  • If you’re having face tracing, please arrive with a clean face (no makeup if possible)

What is your cancellation policy?

I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit.

How can I pay?

Payment can be made at the end of your session by:

  • Cash

  • Bank Transfer
